This page explains delivery, payment, warranty, returns, privacy, and website terms in a clear and customer-friendly way. All consumer rights are protected under the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Artline Furniture provides modern furniture solutions in Georgia, including custom furniture design, production and installation. We aim to deliver clear service rules, accurate timing, and consistent quality.

Delivery: Delivery cost and timing depend on your address, building access and the size/weight of the order. Final delivery details are confirmed during order confirmation.

Customer presence: If the customer does not meet the service team at the scheduled time, re-delivery may be charged. The tariff is calculated based on the customer’s address.

Payment: Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed by our менеджер during order verification. For custom projects, payment terms may be agreed individually.

We always aim to provide the clearest possible estimate before delivery. If you have special conditions (tight schedule, elevator limitations, parking restrictions), please tell us in advance.

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the warranty conditions issued by ARTLINE.

If goods delivered by ARTLINE are damaged or a manufacturing defect is identified, the customer should contact ARTLINE to request warranty service. Services confirmed as warranty cases are performed free of charge.

Warranty period: The warranty period starts on the delivery date and lasts 24 months.

Repair time: The maximum repair period is 30 days. Time spent on repair is not included in the warranty period and is added to it.

Customer remedies: The customer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract if:

  • Repair or replacement is impossible; or
  • The company fails to repair/replace within a reasonable time; or
  • Repair/replacement would cause significant inconvenience to the customer.

The customer may not terminate the contract if the defect is insignificant (as assessed under applicable standards and circumstances).

Assembly timing: At the customer’s request, installation may be postponed up to 60 days. Please keep the product in its original condition and do not open packaging. If installation is postponed beyond 60 days, installation costs may be paid by the client, and ARTLINE is not responsible for discrepancies arising during assembly (except installer error).

Costs covered (warranty cases): ARTLINE covers manufacturing defects (based on a master-expert conclusion), replacement parts, service and other confirmed warranty costs.

Replacement / refund rules:

  • If the same issue repeats more than 3 times, the element may be replaced based on the master-expert conclusion.
  • After the maximum repair period, if the master-expert confirms that repair is impossible, the item value may be refunded or exchanged.
  • Any amount paid to confirm the order (part of the total price) may be non-refundable where permitted and clearly agreed at the time of purchase.

Warranty is not provided / may be canceled if:

  • The warranty period has expired
  • The warranty card / proof of purchase is not presented
  • Warranty data has been changed/altered
  • There is visual/mechanical damage not related to manufacturing defects
  • Misuse or use not in accordance with intended purpose
  • Storage/use rules set by the manufacturer were violated
  • Damage caused by dampness, corrosion, high temperature, improper operation/storage conditions
  • Unqualified repair/installation by an unauthorized person

Replacement/return does not apply to:

  • Mattress
  • Kitchen countertop
  • Furniture modified by the customer (cutting, resizing, etc.)
Important: If delivery and assembly are not performed by the ARTLINE delivery and assembly service, the warranty may become invalid. Independent assembly may be unsafe and may affect warranty eligibility. Lighting systems are accepted after inspection; warranty may not apply to electronic systems.

Free warranty repairs are not carried out if:

  • The warranty period has expired
  • Delivery/assembly were not performed by ARTLINE (where this condition applies)
  • Improper use/cleaning rules were violated
  • Structural changes were made by the customer
  • Parts or mechanisms were overloaded
  • Damage was caused intentionally or unintentionally by the customer
  • Damage was caused by pets

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the specific product type/condition.

To request a return/exchange:

  • Contact ARTLINE support and provide order details and photos (if relevant).
  • Our specialist will review the case and confirm the next steps (inspection, repair, replacement, or refund).
  • For custom-made items, returns/exchanges may be limited depending on specifications agreed at purchase (where allowed by law).
To speed up the process, please include: order number, delivery date, product name, and clear photos/video of the issue.

ARTLINE processes personal data to provide services: order handling, delivery, installation scheduling and customer support. We do not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., courier/installation team/payment provider).

  • Data minimization: only information needed to complete the service is requested.
  • Security: we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
  • Requests: you may contact us to update or clarify your personal data where applicable.

By using Artline.ge, you agree to these basic terms. Product availability, delivery timing and final pricing may be confirmed during order verification.

  • Orders may require confirmation by our manager (phone/email/message).
  • Custom-made furniture specifications, deadlines and payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing (invoice/message).
  • Warranty eligibility may depend on delivery and assembly performed by ARTLINE (see Warranty section).
If any clause conflicts with mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law, mandatory rights prevail.
